1. Return Window
You are allowed 30 days from the date of receiving your package to request a return or refund. For an item to be eligible for return, it must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
2. Shipping Issues (Lost or Damaged)
Lost in Transit: In the event that your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will take full responsibility. We will either provide a full refund or arrange for a free reshipment.
Damaged Arrival: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at support@toolorigin.shop within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by photos of the damage. We will promptly arrange a refund or a replacement.
3. Customized Items
Please be aware that personalized/customized items are final sale, except in cases where they arrive defective or with a printing error. In such instances, we will reprint and reship the item at no cost to you.
4. How to Start a Request
All return or refund requests must be initiated by contacting our customer support email: support@toolorigin.shop. We will respond to your inquiry within 1 business day. When sending the email, please include your order number and the reason for the request.
5. Refund Processing
Approval: Once your request is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Timeline: You can typically expect to receive your refund within 1 – 3 business days. Note that the exact time for the funds to appear in your account depends on your financial institution.
6. Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (defective or wrong item), we will cover all shipping costs. For other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
