Instructions for Use

• No need to battle to get your biltong cut!  Use a Claasens Wood Chunk Biltong Slicer.
• Place the biltong on the wooden chunk slicer and press down the handle.
• Control the thickness of the slices.
• Rotate the HDPE disc regularly to obtain a new cutting line.  
• The hardened steel blade can be sharpened should it become necessary.
• The blade is adjustable to reset the cutting edge after sharpening.
• Clean with a damp cloth and store in a clean, dry place.  
• The disc can be removed and washed in warm soapy water.
